In the work field of financials, interim professionals and consultants multiple parties claim a position, even market- or opinion leadership. 'A jack of all trades, a master of none'. There may be more roads that lead to Rome, but ConQuaestor as of April 1, 2004, puts the focus on finance, and we still will in a hundred years. Our choice of this focus was certainly not made internally without struggle: choosing one specialty is also not choosing many others. But we know the CFO's agenda, we understand his business, and that sets the agenda of ConQuaestor. Widening that focus leads to a division of your attention, and to a dilution of your quality.
Mastering finance: in essence, we help build the realization of the vision and dream of directors. And to keep them from the danger of becoming dreamers with that dream: we connect vision to strategy and direction, to visibility into numbers and facts. What course do executives choose? Do they really know what they are external and internal information needed to make the right decisions? And do they know how to make those Getting data to the surface?
