This is what you will do
As a Trainee Finance & Control, we prepare you for challenging assignments at, for example, ABN Amro, Nationale Nederlanden, NS, the central government, Unilever and Vattenfall. Our program is an ideal mix of personal and professional development, in which we further develop your professional skills. You work on your presentation and communication skills, obtain certificates for important finance tools and programs and participate in special events with your fellow trainees.
Even during training you will start your first assignment in the field of finance, control, risk, fintech or business analytics. In the first year of your traineeship, we'll match you with at least two assignments. This will give you a good overview of the various possibilities within Finance & Control, so that you can decide where you want to specialize further. Think of roles such as (assistant) controller, business controller, project controller, financial controller, finance manager and risk manager.
What we offer

- Permanent employment;
- A salary between 2,700 and 3,000 euros gross per month;
- Expense allowance: 100 euros net per month based on full-time;
- Lease car, public transport pass or mobility allowance;

What we ask
- An HBO Bachelor's, or WO Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Management Studies, Accounting or Econometrics.
- Organizational sensitivity and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP is a plus
- Complete working proficiency in Dutch
- The ambition to further develop into a finance specialist
