Your role
As a Senior Management Consultant Finance & Technology, you will be a key player in guiding organizations through complex financial and digital transformations. You will work directly with CFOs to future-proof their operations.
Your expertise will help companies strike the right balance between value creation, risk management and cost management while responding to trends such as ESG, AI-driven finance, data analytics and cloud transitions.
What will you do?
- Lead financial and technology transformations: You optimize financial and IT processes and implement innovative technology solutions within organizations.
- Strategic advice to CFOs: You will develop and implement finance and technology strategies that address digitalization, data analytics, ESG and organizational growth.
- Using Data & Technology: You will help companies integrate AI, machine learning, IoT and cloud solutions to make finance and IT processes more efficient and future-proof.
- Implement Agile processes and IT operating models: You will guide companies in modernizing their IT and finance organization to drive innovation and efficiency.
What do you bring?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a consultant, preferably with a leading consulting firm.
- Experience in financial and IT transformations, digitization, data analysis and project management.
- Knowledge of innovative technologies such as AI, RPA, IoT, data analytics and cloud solutions.
- A keen vision of the future of finance and technology and the drive to achieve strategic change.
- Entrepreneurship and ambition to help shape a growing practice.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- A team-oriented and energetic attitude, with an eye for both results and collaboration.
