This is what you will do
You work on a project basis, the projects last on average 3 months to 1 year and you carry them out at renowned profit and non-profit organizations. During your projects you will identify the information needs of stakeholders and advise them on the design and testing of the desired dashboards/reports. ConQuaestor helps you through training and education to become a sparring partner for CFOs and Head of Finance. This job is the perfect foundation to become the Business Analyst of the future - data and finance combined.
- Identifying information needs and (proactively) sharing analyses.
- You structure the organization's questions, wants and needs and develop associated data models.
- You collect, analyze and access internal and external data. You make the data accessible and convert it into relevant information tailored to different target groups.
- You will create data and trend analysis visually in reports, charts, BI dashboards and scorecards.
- You will develop and improve data models and reports.

What we ask
- You have a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management Studies, Econometrics or similar.
- You have +5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar position.
- You hold a PL-300 certificate or are willing to obtain it through us within a month.
- You are results-oriented, good at prioritizing and keep your commitments.
- You have a positive and pragmatic attitude and problem-solving ability.
- You have good analytical skills and communication skills.
- You enjoy taking the lead and have experience coaching juniors.
- You want to continue to grow in your field.
