Job Description
As a Management Consultant within our Finance Transformation Practice, you will be responsible for advising our clients on financial transformations. You play a crucial role in identifying opportunities for process optimization, cost savings and improving financial performance. You will also work closely with clients to understand and translate strategic goals into practical and executable plans. You will play a key role in guiding organizations through changes in finance and implementing innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial processes and identify improvement opportunities;
- Advises on improvements to the finance function;
- Digitization of processes and realization of dashboarding;
- Assist clients in implementing financial transformation projects;
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives;
- Support clients in solving complex financial issues.

What we ask
- Minimum of a completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or similar field;
- Demonstrated experience as a consultant in the field of financial transformation, preferably within the Big4;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams;
- Proactive and results-oriented attitude.
