Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you will play a key role in leading projects and work closely with our clients to optimize and future-proof their financial processes. You will have the opportunity to build your own area of expertise, develop new business and directly influence the direction of our organization.
  • Leading financial transformations: Restructuring financial processes at top organizations.
  • Business development: Work with the team to create new opportunities and build customer relationships.
  • Counseling new talent: Advising and mentoring our (Associate) Consultants in our revamped Young Executive Program (YEP).
  • Career development: Grow into a role as a Manager or even Partner with your own specialty.

What we ask

  • At least five years of experience as a (senior) consultant or manager, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of financial transformation and process optimization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you love to help build something great.
  • The drive to direct your own career and drive team development.
