Job Description
As a Management Consultant with specialization in ESG and CSRD reporting, you will work with clients to evaluate and strengthen their sustainability practices. You will be responsible for:
SG and CSRD Strategies and Implementation.
- Develop ESG and CSRD strategies that align with clients' business goals;
- Supervise the implementation of sustainability initiatives and monitor progress.
Reporting and Disclosure
- Advise on ESG and CSRD reporting standards and frameworks;
- Support the preparation of transparent and accurate ESG and CSRD reports.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate engagement with stakeholders to understand their sustainability expectations;
- Develop communication strategies to highlight the impact of ESG and CSRD initiatives.
Research and Innovation
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in ESG and CSRD;
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in sustainability practices.

Qualifications
- You must have at least a master's degree in business administration, sustainability, finance, economics, quantitative finance, accounting, econometrics;
- Demonstrated experience in ESG and CSRD reporting and sustainability consulting;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex issues;
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;
- Team player with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
