With ConQuaestor's Management Consulting arm, we serve the CFO's agenda from a number of themes: Finance Transformation, digitization, Finance Excellence, data & insights, risk management and ESG. Depending on your knowledge, expertise and interests, you will work within one of these areas of expertise. As a consultant you will support different companies with their various financial and organizational issues.
"Ideally, we are looking for people who have completed studies in finance, business administration or economics," says Sjors Loeffen, partner Finance Transformation at ConQuaestor Management Consulting. "We are looking for a broad profile and especially people who bring a dose of energy, enjoy learning and want to help build our great company." Junior consultants
Are you a recent graduate or less than three years on the job and ready to kickstart your finance career? We are looking for driven junior consultants who are entrepreneurial and take initiative. "The professional who likes to go the extra mile," Sjors adds. At ConQuaestor you can develop in your own way, becoming the finance consultant you want to be. Medior consultants
Do you have about four to eight years of experience and are looking to boost your career? ConQuaestor is a great next step for many finance professionals. "For example, professionals who are (or have been) responsible for business control or financial control within an organization and are now looking for more variety," says Sjors. "They have gained expertise in the finance department and can use it with us to help different departments at various organizations move forward. They have been at the controls and know how things work in a finance department, which is very valuable to us."
Professionals working at a consulting firm and looking for more challenge and entrepreneurship are also welcome at ConQuaestor. "We are really unique from other consulting firms," Sjors says. "We have small teams, but work within a larger organization. Plus we really help a CFO move forward. Not only with advice, but also with implementation." According to Sjors, co-building a new team is an added benefit for mediators looking to boost their careers.

Senior consultants
We also have suitable vacancies open for consultants with more experience in the consulting field. "We are looking for professionals who have built up a specialty and want to share it with others," Sjors explains. "We have a broad network, so diverse clients. You can also manage a team yourself here or - like me - become a partner and be responsible for the commercial side."
