The Management Consulting-branch of ConQuaestor fleshes out a number of substantive pillars that together make an impact on the agenda of the CFO who wants change within the company, but lacks the time and expertise to take action. Sjors Loeffen, partner and expert on Finance Transformations, talks more about his area of expertise and what ConQuaestor can do in it.

How do we proceed?
"As soon as a CFO contacts us with an issue, we determine together what the goal is and where we want to go," Sjors begins. "We do this thoroughly but above all pragmatically; determining the goal is important, plotting and executing a proper implementation is even more important to achieve your ultimate goal."
Based on that vision, the team analyzes where the department is now and how the processes are currently organized. Thanks to a quantitative and qualitative analysis, we end up with an overview of all finance work at the moment in a short time and insight into the steps that need to be taken to reach the set goal. "By involving the relevant players in the client organization in this process, we not only work efficiently but also effectively toward a supported end result."
