Function Assessment
We see many different finance departments. Some more innovative than others, due to a wide range of causes. While one environment is not the other, it helps to be confronted with an inside look at someone else's.
Using a structured approach, we take our clients through external perspectives. We examine different perspectives: how do clients evaluate the finance department? How do our own employees experience this department? And how do we perform compared to similar companies?"

Model
The organizational structure of the finance department is often based on a strategy and vision aligned with the broader organization. In practice, an organization's direction is regularly adjusted. Does this affect the structure of the finance department?
Several situations are conceivable in which a reassessment or optimization of the organizational structure of the finance department is needed.
