Your role
As a Senior Management Consultant, you will play a key role in leading projects and work closely with our clients to optimize and future-proof their operations. It is crucial for an organization to strike a balance between value creation, controlling risks and effectively managing costs. Finance plays a key role in current trends such as the ESG agenda and the integration of disruptive technologies such as AI.
A clear vision, strategy and an optimally equipped financial function are essential for an organization to not only respond to current developments, but also to be prepared for future challenges.
What will you do?
- Lead financial transformations: Restructuring financial processes at top organizations.
- Encourage strategic initiatives: Work with financial executives to develop a clear vision and strategy that responds to key trends such as the ESG agenda and digital transformation.
- Solve complex financial issues: Guide organizations in solving the most challenging issues of financial transformation so that they remain agile and ready for future developments and opportunities.
- Helping build the organization: For example, by picking up proposition development, managing junior consultants and business development.
- Career Development: quickly advance to a role as Manager or even Partner with your own specialty.
What do you bring?
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a consultant, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with organizational transformations, process optimization, project management and business operations. You are aware of the latest trends and developments and have a drive to integrate them into your work.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you love to help build something great.
- The drive to direct your own career and drive team development.
- You feel at home in an informal work environment and enjoy working with a diverse and motivated team that is also interested in social activities, such as get-togethers, team days and other fun outings.
