Are you a builder with a good dose of enthusiasm and entrepreneurship? At ConQuaestor we are busy expanding our Management Consulting branch, and we desperately need your talent. As a Recruitment Business Partner, you play a key role in our efforts to create a strong employer image and attract top talent within finance consulting. You organize and coordinate the complete recruitment and selection of colleagues who fulfill valuable substantive assignments at our leading clients.

This is what you will do

In this strategic role, you are more than just a recruiter. You actively think along about our proposition, employer branding, building a community and you use your creativity to enthuse experienced consultants and bind them to us. You will work closely with our Managing Director to bring in and retain top university talent.

  • Gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €6,000 per month (depending on experience and content knowledge);
  • The choice of a leased car with international fuel card, mobility allowance or NS Business Card;
  • 25 vacation days and 8% vacation pay;
  • Business phone and laptop (also for private use);
  • A good pension plan.

What we ask

You are not only a person of integrity and commitment, but also someone who understands how to further develop our organization. You are energetic, communicatively strong and able to keep a cool head in busy times. Furthermore, you have:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in the financial or consulting sector;
  • An HBO working and thinking level;
  • You are available between 32 and 40 hours per week.
